Jackson Cage Gigs
Gig Reviews:
"Jackson Cage brings hints of [Neil] Young and other country rockers from the 60s and 70s, with their vocal harmonies and killer guitar solos. Having wowed crowds in Dublin and at recent festivals, the future looks good for this seven-piece band."
Belfast Telegraph
...it was finally time for Northern Ireland's Americana country-rockers Jackson Cage to take to the stage. Suited and booted, styled with flowery shirts and cowboy hats, they drifted onto the stage and straight into the ballad that is 'White Line'. Despite having not that much room to manoeuvre around stage, after all they do have seven members, the chemistry between them was electric. The passion behind the performance and the creativity that seems to bless them in vast amounts enables them to deliver such great music whilst giving the crowd something to shout about... 10/10.

"Offerings such as 'Help Me Mama' among others highlight the song writing class within the band and the expertise with which ideas are executed to fullest effect. Before long, a congregation of dancers assemble in front of the band for a good old knees up and the band respond accordingly with a great performance."
Across The Line, BBC
"Declan Doherty sounds like a young Van Morrison."
Belfast News Letter
"Jackson Cage bring echos of The Band, Neil Young, and Bob Dylan in their performances. They’re a formidable seven piece with vocal harmonies and killer guitar solos. Having recently wowed crowds in Dublin and at the Tall Ships and Open House Festival in Belfast, they may not be on a stage this size for too long."
